By the Act 33 and 34 Victoria, chapter 37, it is enacted that thu
Senior Magistrate of Police Burghs shall be ex officio a Justice of the
Peace and Commissioner of Supply of the County within which the
Burgh is situated. The Senior Alagistrate of Alloa is thus, in virtue
©f his office, constituted a Justice of the Peace and Commissioner of
Sapplj for this County.
