on the first Wednesday of every month. Letters for
such West India Islands as are not British must be-
paid at in-giving. Postage from Edinburgh 2s. 5 1 d.
Letters for the East Indies must be paid at Edinburgh,
Postage 1 s. 1 1 d. •
