THE ASSOCIATION was formed for the purpose of examining and
reporting on the Drainage and Water Supply of Houses in any part of
the Country at the lowest possible cost. The MINIMUM ANNUAL
SUBSCRIPTION for a House within Municipal Boundaries is ONE
GUINEA. This covers an Examination and Report, Supervision of
any Alterations carried out, and advice on Estimates and Accounts.
The Rates of Subscription for Houses in the Country can be obtained
on application to the Secretary, who may be consulted by intending
Subscribers and others daily.
