and was present at the capture of Ali
Musjid (Medal with Clasp) .
13 Major Davidson served with the-
8 1 st Regiment in the Afghan war in
878-79 '(Medal). Served with the
Bechuanaland Expedition under Sir
Charles Warren in 1884-85.
